Architectural Drafting in New Mexico

New Mexico is known for its beautiful landscape including multi-colored deserts to mesas, to high snow-capped mountains, and even heavily forested wildernesses. The first atomic bombs were designed and manufactured in Los Alamos and were tested in the desert between Socorro and Alamogordo. New Mexico is also home to several military bases. Santa Fe's San Miguel Chapel is the oldest standing church structure in the country. The adobe walls were built around 1610. Albuquerque is also home to the world's longest aerial tramway. The Sandia Peak tramway was designed by Bell Engineering in Lucerne, Switzerland and entered into service in 1966.
